My work often begins where information and process have become tangled. Knowledge is scattered, people rely on workarounds, or documentation and training are compensating for a confusing workflow. Sometimes the information people need exists, but they can't find it when they need it.
I look beyond the immediate content request to understand the system behind the problem. Depending on what I find, I might restructure the knowledge architecture, redesign a workflow, improve documentation or contextual help, or change how performance is measured.
The goal is consistent across all of this work. People should have information they can trust, without unnecessary complexity getting in the way.

Learning something new is inherently messy. Good knowledge systems should provide an island of calm within that chaos: information people can find, trust, understand, and use to determine what to do next.
